Claiming costs on insurance

Many pet insurance policies now cover physiotherapy and hydrotherapy as standard. We are members of  the Institute of Registered Veterinary and Animal Physiotherapists, National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists, and the Register of Animal Musculoskeletal Practitioners. If you wish to claim on your pet insurance please contact your insurer prior to commencing treatment to check your policy allowance. We are unable to claim directly from your insurer however will provide you with all the paperwork needed to validate any claim that you choose to make.
